The Vagrant

Referred to in: Chapter 1-The Ghostlight Express
pg 174

A Strangers that takes the form of a little frogman with mottled green skin that ferries the souls of the dead to the "other side" on the Ghostlight Express. He wears a tattered garb of a vagabond, complete with a wide-brimmed hat where he always keeps three railroad spikes. He serves as both the conductor and the engineer. He offers safe passage to the souls of the dead who will be reborn in the realm of Druskenvald.
He believes each passenger that boards the ghost train has a tale to tell, which he is happy to do in the form of a song aided by his well-worn fiddle.

He has a fondness for all the souls he guides, so when the shock of his appearance subsides, the dead and living alike find themselves facing a cordial, smiling frogman ready with a story, a song, and a wink.

Despite being lighthearted and carefree, he also holds his role as a ferryman with immense gravity. He always maintains a friendly disposition, no matter the question or topic

May occasionally say cryptic remarks about fate and the characters' purpose being there but will refuse to elaborate
If asked, Vagrant will simply answer he's here to pick up the travelers because they have tickets and they have tickets because Druskenvald is their destination
