Phillip Druskenvald
A tall, thin man with dark, slicked-back hair and a pencil-thin mustache. He carries an ornate black cane topped with a silver goat skull.
A timeless lord of death. Not even he knows of his origin. He claimed this land as his own from Kehlenn, the now Crooked Queen, then reshaped the land into his own design of rebirth. He provides souls the opportunity to be reborn as sapient mortal beings to enjoy a second chance of a "normal" life alongside his wife, Adela Druskenvald.
Eventually, he forgot there was a world and a guardian prior to him at all. He oversees the domain with The Crescent Court but finds that governing is tedious and would rather enjoy the good life he's created for himself with all the sinful comforts and indulgences that come with it. He's maintained a general grasp of the current affairs of the major provinces but is mostly ignorant to Wickermoor Hollow as that is the only domain detached from the Crescent Court and himself.
He finds beauty in the messy, imperfect, and oftentimes sinful nature of mortal folk and strives to maintain that in the realm he rules.
While in Wickermoor Hollow, he is powerless, and learns about this all too late.
He is a visionary man that believes that keeping a forward-thinking attitude will solve any problem, championing "modern" ideals and striving for "progress". He is rather well-liked by the land's people despite his general aloofness to their present struggles.
